Nicola Williams Ltd (NWL) was founded by siblings Nicola and David, bringing together their experience in property and business to create a company built around doing things properly.

With a shared understanding of what it takes to manage property well, they set out to build a business that combines practical experience, attention to detail and a personal approach. Today, that thinking runs through our holiday-let portfolio, from the properties we choose to the care that goes into every guest stay.

For us, holiday letting is about much more than handing over the keys. It’s about creating places people want to spend time in, looking after the details behind the scenes and making sure each property offers an experience worth coming back for.

We take care of the details, deal with the unexpected and work hard to make sure everything runs smoothly, so guests can focus on enjoying their time away.

We look for homes with potential and take care to make the most of what makes each one special, creating places where guests can feel at home, enjoy their surroundings and make the most of their time away.

David brings a practical, commercially minded approach to NWL, with a knack for problem-solving and making things happen. He’s involved in keeping the properties in great shape and making sure everything behind the scenes is taken care of.

Lauren helps keep the day-to-day running smoothly, making sure the details don’t get missed and guests have a great experience. Organised, approachable and always ready to help, she’s an important part of what makes NWL tick.
